Short and Sweet.
Ends rather abruptly though.
Whole thing reads kind of like a diary entry. or a 1 sided monolog. You do lay out an interesting setting, and main character. But there isn't a lot of meat to chew into. Would be helpful if some of the Other Children had names and discrptions, personality. Give us something to feel.
We don't even really get a feeling for who and what Lillith is other than her sexual interests and oppinions.
All in all this is a good seed for a story.

As I mentioned before, all of this is just trying to get this stuff out of my head. I haven't written in decades and my mind has been building these stories as oral traditions. Some of them are just seeds, but this one does have more parts. It's just short enough to get out, so I can later come back to it. For me, it's better to get it out incomplete than to wait until it's better. Editing is something I intend to do, when I've got this all down. That will probably take about another month, and then I can fix stuff, since I won't be adding a chapter a day.
