Currently in chapter 12 of AoC doing a reread before the next chapter.
Glad I'm not the only one that does that. It did get a bit long reading the Woodward books multiple times. But I've read it complete at least twice since it ended, waiting patiently for the next chapters of other stories to get here.

I will keep this in mind, go back and re-read WtBR and let you know what I particularly like. I don't konw that I'll have any ideas for new content, but if lightning strikes....

(but quietly, no nudging) for more in that world.
Well, therein is the problem. Your version of "no nudging" essentially resulted in "no interest expressed". I understand, and appreciate, the idea that you don't want to do the whole, "When's the next chapter coming out? GIMME GIMME GIMME!" thing. On the flip side of that, if no one says anything about a story, I have no way to gauge the actual level of interest, and I just naturally assume there isn't any. Sad as it is for me, I'm not telepathic (wish I was: it would make social anxiety much easier to deal with...), therefore, if you don't express your thoughts, I won't know your thoughts.
Good ways to express your interest are presenting ideas for things you'd like to see in the story, or telling me what you particularly liked in what's already written. That gives me an idea of what to include more of in the future. Also, asking about the story, if no one has done so in weeks/months, is fine. Us authors just don't want to hear it every other day.

PS: Why "Delta"? Delta is the letter used to denote a change in something. For instance, "Delta-v" is a change in velocity. (Yes, you nerds, I know I should use the Greek letter. I'm not digging out the character map for THAT.)
916, just because I couldn't not look it up.

I also very much enjoy WBR, just throwing that out there, very much looking forward to seeing how that story continues to evolve.
Also looking forward to reading the new AC just posted, hopefully i'll have time in the next couple of days, excite!

Yeah, no, it's not.
I mean, it is, but it's not. Capital Delta does not have an ALT-code. Try the one you suggested.
With the leading zero, you get: (This is a quotation mark of some kind. It won't print properly.)
Without a leading zero, you get: ö
Now, LOWERCASE Delta, does have an ALT-code, 235: δ
The only way to get the Delta triangle is to use Character Map, or to use a registry hack that will allow you to enter Unicode codes similar to the way you enter ALT codes.

Thanks for the latest AoC.
Also, if your reviewers are slacking you could always threaten to replace them. I know at least one reader who would gladly lend a hand.

I regularly replace reviewers. The job's not as easy as it may sound, and very few people are with me long-term.
If you're actually interested in being a reviewer, send me a review of the latest AC chapter.

Welll, crud. That's what I get for being in a hurry and not checking what I've looked up. My bad.

Update for October 1, 2022:
No, sorry, guys, I'm not posting anything today. I have nothing ready to post.
However, as of today, I have finally written over 100,000 words this year.
Too bad a lot of them are on a project you're not likely to see any time soon.

Apparently I am currently in what has become a standard "end of year slump". I have been trying, and failing, to write something for weeks now.

It’s to much food. From October to January is nothin but good. Oct. Halloween candy, Nov. Turkey and ham, Dec. more Turkey and ham typically. I still have 8 lbs of Turkey frozen, a full 12 lb bird still to be cooked. Plus about 100-120lbs of beef still.

Do you seriously believe that my food intake has changed in the last two months? I live alone. I didn't celebrate Thanksgiving. As to candy, I always have candy available. I didn't buy extra for Halloween. (I don't bother with giving out candy on Halloween. In this neighborhood, there just aren't enough kids to warrant the effort.) I did buy extra candy for Christmas, because some things are only available at Christmas. (Chocolate oranges, anyone?) That candy is sitting in a cabinet, NOT getting eaten. I'm still working on previously opened candy.
