It would seem the only thing I'm able to write these days is excuses. Here's one more.
Broken Wings follows Cruel Summer. I wrote it in 2004 and 2005. Originally it was to be five parts, but you'll see here it's only three. The other two parts may one day be written under a separate title, Vanishing Point.
Broken Wings is more ambitious and ultimately darker than Cruel Summer. I put a lot more thought into the planning and structure of it. I have mixed feelings about how that worked out. Mostly I'm disappointed that I still haven't written Vanishing Point.
I haven't given up yet... which might just mean that I'm still in denial.
