In the spicey chiken pasta Recipe ,one of the ingredients is 'Hot Sauce'. In Australia, 'Hot Sauce' has many conintations from Worcestershire to chilli.
Can we have a clarification or the hotsauce Storyteller uses

I'm sure he'll probably chime in on this himself, but generally speaking, in the US, "hot sauce" means something like Tabasco sauce. A very spicy, usually tomato-based, sauce colored red.

I specifically use a combination of Franks Xtra Hot sauce and something called Sriracha Chili Sauce but I left it vague as really any type of chilli, habinaro, or jalapeno based sauces would work.
Let me know what you think of it if you try it. It is my own personal creation.

We tried it tonight Excellent We usewd a sauce by the name of Blerter herter so we'll see tomorrow if the name lives upto claim
