need some help fining a poem
my dad is looking for the rt of this poem (and its name)
Wake up baby hazel see the sun is in the sky!
hear the larks and robins singing in the branches way outside!
Hickory Dick your Frisky brother scampered out an hour ago
I can't rock you to and fro
All your little friends and playmates
want to come out and play with you
through the fields and forest
Hickory Dick is coming to
If ANYONE recognizes this please let me know

I think its not yet complete.Im thinking for the continuation of the poem and its title..I'll try to ask my dad about it.
