the ability to see what things are going to do in the next few seconds(like precognition) anyone seen the stargate episode were telc get stuc in a sim and daniel comes in to save him, like that.

I would suggest something on the order of:
Able to hold his breath as long as he wants (or upto some large maximum beyond normal). It would be handy for fires or smoke bombs, dust, etc.
