Crab Penne Casserole

A tasty easy to make seafood dish

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Yield: Two to three servings
  • 3 c. Penne Pasta
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can Crab Meat
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • To Taste tt Spinach
  • 1 1/2 c. Grated cheese
  1. Boil Water
  2. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
  3. Carefully Add penne to boiling water boil till cooked
  4. While penne is cooking heat a small frying pan add a bit of butter or margerine and lightly sautee spinach set aside after it is cooked
  5. Drain water from cooked penne
  6. Add soup, milk, crab meat, cooked spinach and a small amount of cheese
  7. Turn stove temperature down to medium high
  8. Stir until the soup is lightly bubbling
  9. Pour everything into an oven safe casserole dish
  10. Top with remaining cheese
  11. Bake for 20 minutes

Helpful Hints

For a slightly lighter taste I use baby spinach
