Crab Penne Casserole

A tasty easy to make seafood dish

Yield: Two to three servings
- 3 c. Penne Pasta
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can Crab Meat
- 1/2 c. milk
- To Taste tt Spinach
- 1 1/2 c. Grated cheese

- Boil Water
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
- Carefully Add penne to boiling water boil till cooked
- While penne is cooking heat a small frying pan add a bit of butter or margerine and lightly sautee spinach set aside after it is cooked
- Drain water from cooked penne
- Add soup, milk, crab meat, cooked spinach and a small amount of cheese
- Turn stove temperature down to medium high
- Stir until the soup is lightly bubbling
- Pour everything into an oven safe casserole dish
- Top with remaining cheese
- Bake for 20 minutes

Helpful Hints
For a slightly lighter taste I use baby spinach
