Road Trip I Don't Need, A
True story. Happened in high school. Some girl I barely knew decided to join me on a 130 mile roadtrip to some restaurant/fastfood place (it was supposedly worth the drive). On the freeway on our way back I took an off ramp faster than I ought to have (in my defense the curve of that off ramp was ridiculously sharp), fishtailed and my car ended up ass-backwards in a ditch off the road. It was angled and I couldn't drive my car in reverse. Luckily I was on the football team and had some good strength training (at the time able to squat 500lbs free weight BOOYAH), so I anchored my shoulder to the roof of my door frame and while left foot was on the ground pushing backwards, right foot on the gas in reverse, I was able to get my car out.
The best part? (aside from I-almost-died-sex)
My car didn't have a single scratch on it and my parents never found out!
