Very nice.  I wish I could do art work like that.

Re: Woodward Academy - 1024x768

Well, once again, I'd like to reiterate that I did not create the hawk design.  I merely embellished it for my own purposes.  It was originally intended to be a tattoo on one of the 3d people models I use in my art.

Glad you like the picture, though.

And SM:  This is the difference between "postwork" and "derivative work".  This is not the original intent of the artist, so this is a "derivative work".  3dsmile

The sentiment still stands in my own mind at least.

Your rendition is excellant, and the accompanying text leaves me curious as to what that story line might be like. Will you provide us with some kind of overview synopsis soon?

Now, does that sound like something I'd do?  misch_smiley

You'll be seeing the story itself soon enough.

Re: Woodward Academy - 1024x768

What I said was "soon enough".  This is a term of art that excels in its utter vagueness.

A Harry Potter-esque erotica? This looks pretty sweet. Looking forward to it.

Re: Woodward Academy - 1024x768

The only thing this book has in common with Harry Potter is that it involves a school of magic.  That is where the similarity ends.  I don't want anyone's expectations to be otherwise, or they will be sorely disappointed.

Nice pic.  I always pictured the great hall a little taller in my mind, but great pic none the less.

Re: Woodward Academy - 1024x768

Well, your mind apparently can't estimate distance very well.  I said 20' tall, and the room in that picture is 20' tall.

Glad you like it.

Re: Woodward Academy - 1024x768

Well, go back and re-read.  As the old Prego commercials used to say, "It's in there!

3dbig_smile

The description of the Great Hall was rather short, and since I decided to do that mural on the back wall, I will need to rewrite it in the story to include a description of that.  (I mean, really, who's going to see that and not pay some attention to it?)
