Finally I have internet again and can continue reading and annoying/commenting. To explain the purpose of this note, I can only offer the thought that it is the best way to apologize for leaving the conversation early, and for so long an interval. My apologies go out to everyone I was communicating with at the time of my abrupt departure, and especially to J.A.W., whose story I have yet to read through completely (damn you random hard drive malfunctions). For anyone interested, the long and unfortunate turn of events during my absence featured a broken laptop, a move to a new city, and several different yet equally stupid ISP service people.

However, I am back in full and irritating force now.
