Agent of Change, Chapter 7 has been made public.

Chapter 14 is progressing slowly. Likewise, Misfits is making some progress. WBR is stuck for right now.

This isn't really a cliffhanger... it's just a good place to break chapters. I think you've gotten used to my Woodward series, which always broke at the end of a month, no matter what was going on. When I actually have to pick a place to stop... it's always going to be at a spot where I have an incentive to pick up the story on the other side of the break...
