I hope everyone that lives in Florida is alive and well after the little blow that struck your state. I might like your climate versus mine where we got over a foot of snow last week.

A foot of snow is better than a foot of water, trust me.
Not that we got that, either. Hurricane Michael hit the panhandle. I don't know just how far down the serious damage came, but here in the Tampa Bay area, we saw nothing of consequence. We got a little rain, but it wasn't even what we'd call a heavy summer storm. No wind to speak of. The rain mixed with what they call "King Tide" threatened to do some damage, but as far as I know, nobody's had a problem locally.

That is great to hear. That snow fell in a 24 hour period. You can only imagine what driving a vehicle was like. Have fun in your rain

Strange enough, I live in AK and we have no snow as of yet. We may even have a dry Halloween.

Talk about strange weather....the snow is now all gone and we have highs of 15 - 20 celsius for the last week and into the next 2 weeks. This is freaking weird for this time of year.

Cel...sius.... *goes and looks that up*
Hmmm. Curious. A temperature system based on round numbers. Strange concept...
