Main.php "Submissions since the Day of Your Last Visit" misses stories
Stories posted on the day of your last visit are not listed.
Recreation:
Check the page early morning.
Close out.
Someone posts a story.
Check the site in the afternoon same day
You will not see the story.
I have password/username saved and only have to login when cookies have expired... (or i clear them)
Assumption: there is "posted <= lastVisit" check instead of also checking hours.
Priority: very low.

Okay, so you posted this in the form of a bug report... but you didn't bother to search the "bug tracker" (The Website Issues section) to see if this bug had already been reported?
