Re: Khartshma Legacy, The

I remember reading the first couple of chapters of this series a long long time ago, I think probably on EWP.  Great stuff.

I should add that I've read it all now and would love to see more.

Re: Khartshma Legacy, The

I have read this story several times and love it every time.
Is there any chance at all that there will be following chapters and possibly an ending. I beg of you, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE finish this story I really want to know what happens. I look forward to seeing the next chapters. I know it has been a very long time, but a guy can always hope that you will start writing on it again.

I would really like to see where you are taking this! The combination of the different gods, Norse, Germanic and Celtic, the blending of human with shadow. Need more soon!

Re: Khartshma Legacy, The

1. It's kinda rude to ask this question.
2. I wouldn't expect to see this story finished anytime soon.  I know Corvis on a personal level, and his life is such that writing is not a priority right now.

Re: Khartshma Legacy, The

Corvis this was a very gripping and imaginative story, so far. This is the third time I have read it and I still read all 8 chapters without a break. My only hope is that one day, when life is simple, and time is plentiful, that you'll be able to get back to writing. It is obvious you have great talent 3dsmile. My sincerest respects.

Re: Khartshma Legacy, The

I can't help but wonder... What happened to Corvis? I have actually given up on ever seeing any new chapters for "The Khartshma Legacy".

I loved this story on so many levels, so much so, that I've been checking for updates for the past 9 years. I have officially given up hope, on any updates that is.

However I do hope Corvis is healthy, happy, and life is treating him well.

I wish him nothing but the best and would like to express my gratitude for those 8 chapters.

Re: Khartshma Legacy, The

If life was treating Corvis well, he'd probably have been able to continue the story.
3dsad

Corvis and I used to be good friends.  Unfortunately, he's been offline for many years, for various reasons, and he and I haven't spoken in a long time.

I'm afraid you are probably wise to give up hope at this point.

Re: Khartshma Legacy, The

This was a great story!  As it has been quite a few years since it was updated and from what you said Eric he appears to be off line I wonder if some of the other authors on here have thought about taking up the mantle and continuing the story?

Re: Khartshma Legacy, The

I think most authors would have more respect than to do that without permission from the original author.

Re: Khartshma Legacy, The

I never intended to say that someone should just usurp his story line but if for some reason he couldn't continue it he might like to have someone else finish the story for him.  Some of my favorite anthologies (the 1632 Grantville series to name one) have multiple authors writing in the same universe using many of the same characters.

Re: Khartshma Legacy, The

That are two completely different things. You cannot compare writing in an existing universe that another author created with continuing a story, even though it seems abandoned. As I remember at least one author who sometimes did this for himself, finishing abandoned stories, you might have luck. But I don't think that, if it was done for this story, it would be posted here.
