All i can say is wow.  You always hinted about government involvement and all the cloak and dagger stuff is good.  Can not wait to here from you on your status and also if you are currently working on anything.  Best of luck and hope that everything is going good.

It's good to see you back up and running, Magus.  I hope the health issues are resolved for you.  Seems all the really good authors have them or disappear.  Keep up the amazing work and I look forward to the conclusion of this story andd Northstar.

Glad to be writing again, sorry about the delay but between almost losing Kari and then this cancer crap I kind of lost my muse there. And Babies keep you kind of busy, that's right I just blamed my innocent and defenseless daughter, I have no shame whatsoever LOL

Feeling better, seems they got it all or so they think so other then preventative radioisotope chemo once a month I'm pretty much back to whatever normal is for me, which is so much better than regular chemo, my hair is even growing back 3dsmile But it did metastasize so they told me to expect a reoccurrence at some point but its a treatable and slow growing cancer and my oncologist says even if it never goes into remission, I can live a long time still so hopefully I can finish the Grass trilogy, who knows might even get to Northstar LOL

And don't worry, I would never abandon a story mid stream, if I publish it I finish it. That's one of my pet peeves, I've gotten interested in other author's work and then BAM! they're gone, so frustrating. I've been known to finish the story myself but since its not mine I can't publish them but at least I don't have all those pesky questions nagging at me LOL But its not the same, the story obviously changes because my imagination is different from the previous author's but its something at least.

Oh and before I forget, Kari is the one to thank for getting me out of the slump, she actually sat me down and helped me start writing again. She and I are writing SITG together now so there may be a little more silliness, she excels at comedic writing, For those who don't know, she's my, well one of my, significant others and a pretty damn good author in her own write (see what I did there LOL). So here's my shameless plug for her: She is DirtyAngel on AFF and wrote Choices, or is writing it still actually. And I'm sure those who know her would agree, she is quite the live wire and even more irreverent than I am but she's a wonderful woman and this isn't the first time she's pulled my head out of my ass LOL

Hmmmm, seems Libre Office has a bit of a glitch when saving as html, I'll try plain text next chapter and see how that does.

Re: Shadows In The Grass

Great chapters. Needed some sleep after reading them all. My memory is a little foggy but Leia background story still is unfinished correct? If so wondering if it might tie in some way with melody mom. Or just may be a tend of Max to be involved in reuniting love ones after being separated for long time. Tatiana and Suzy are one other I can think of right off the bat and think there has been at least one more.
