email from nightsecho
i got a spam email from nightsecho
It was also sent to a handful of people from the pub
its Colorado courier
it was not sent by me I had nothing to do with it
looking at you with wide eyes from the darkness

This is a typical technique used by spammers and worms. Always be leery of any email that sends you to a link you're not familiar with. Especially when there's not any more information in the email. I got one of these, and I've gotten, in the past, several others claiming to be from various people. It's not hard to fake a "from" header on email.
