Re: Woodward Academy, Year 1, The

Once again you've blown me away. I love the revenges and that you didn't draw out David getting to Woodward. Now we can really focus on his studies and meeting his new friends and enemies that he will meet. I can't wait.

Re: Woodward Academy, Year 1, The

An outstanding chapter. I love Jalla and seeing the school for the first time. All of the magical creatures are really cool and I can't wait to see the classes. Also the HP dig was great and made me laugh. Keep up the good work.

Glad you're all enjoying the story.  I hope I can continue to entertain.

PS:  It wasn't a "dig" at HP.  I actually like Harry Potter up to the last two books.

Posted after Chapter 3:

Very nicely done Eric.

I'm not much for vampire, zombie and undead genres, so I approached this story with that thought.  But after reading the first chapters I'm glad that I read this.  This story is well crafted filled with detailing that builds a universe with character we care about and hinting at plots that lead to interesting destinations

Re: Woodward Academy, Year 1, The

Well, let's consider that.  An immortal creature... capable of having children.

There would be a LOOOOOT of demighosts in the universe.

No.  The undead don't have children.

Once again a great chapter. I love the rules of your magic and demighosts. I can't wait to see him snap, which I think will probably be soon.

Re: Woodward Academy, Year 1, The

Working out the rules is one of the things that took forever before I started writing this... and truthfully, I'm still running into things I didn't anticipate ahead of time.

Being consistent with a story like this can be a real bitch.  3dbig_smile

Re: Woodward Academy, Year 1, The

Ch. 4 is great; muchly looking forward to Ch. 5.

The one thing I never liked about the HP books was that Harry always put up with Draco's nonsense and bullying -- well, I hope David won't be so longsuffering WRT Marcus.

Also, I have a question: It looks like you're setting-up Penny as a love interest. Is ghost-demighost sex possible?

Trust me, Marcus will be getting his before book seven. 3dbig_smile

As to G/DG sex... is there some reason it wouldn't be?  He HAS a ghost form, after all.  3dwink  Whether he would use this ability on Penny or not, I can't say.  3dsmile

D'OH!

(See, this is why I say "approximately" on all of my releases.  I forgot to post it yesterday.)  It will be up by the end of the day.  I have to do a final read-through to make sure I didn't miss anything.

Re: Woodward Academy, Year 1, The

Great chapter. I do like the night of haunting and his revenges. I do think though that he had a better revenge for Marcus over just beating him up. Maybe I am wrong but he seems too smart for such a simple revenge.
