Re: Woodward Academy, Year 8, The

Same here. I started reading from the beginning two weekends ago, and I just finished with Book 8 Chapter 14. Probably going to read the last book again over the 30-31 to be ready for the last chapter!!!

Re: Woodward Academy, Year 8, The

Spoilers for chapter 13!!

After reading chapter 13 again, so i see a vague reference to the infinity gauntlet? Or was that correlation pure coincidence?

Re: Woodward Academy, Year 8, The

I have not watched Infinity War (or whatever that Avengers movie is called) so, no, it was not a reference to that.

Re: Woodward Academy, Year 8, The

Quick clarificaion question about a section in chapter 14: After the awards ceremony, David and the King are talking. David talks about how Daily suggesed Emile conspired with the Board of Education to get David trained, etc.,  Specifically, you worte "David explained about Lord Dailey, and what he'd said about Dean Lengel, and about possessing her."

This is the first time I recall Dailey being referred to as LORD Dailey. I think you meant to write LEVI Dailey (DID YOU?????)  If somehow, Dailey was a Lord, then David's ascension is a bit less impressive.

Well - it's been quite the adventure, but all good things must come to an end. Can't wait to read the final chapter of this amazing series!

Re: Woodward Academy, Year 8, The

Very well done Eric.  Eight books, ninety-nine chapters, and ten years to the day (If I've done all of my math right).  It's been a heck of a ride.
I'm very satisfied with the ending.  It ties all the important story threads up nice and neat, and paints a picture for David's future.  I do hope we hear more about him through other lenses in the Dugerra-verse though.
I was a bit concerned about whether I would find your next work appealing to my tastes, but I'm glad to say that 'Where the Brontosaurs Roam' will have me coming back for the foreseeable future.

Re: Woodward Academy, Year 8, The

Bravo!  Good ending to a fantastic series. The conclusion with his parents was true to who they are and was a fitting, well, end. Things with them really couldn't have ended any differently.

I congratulate you on a stunning piece of art.

Re: Woodward Academy, Year 8, The

An amazing work till the end.

For the first erotic book series I've ever read in my life, I feel really accomplished to have followed it to the end. It all started as a casual search in google a yaer ago and I don't regret for what I have found here.

Although I mostly prefer books that have a epilogue, maybe showing what David is doing after a hundred and fifty years when Jacob is freed, maybe if the girls in David's life are still alive using some potion from the book of Galen (Some might not be though), and the thing with Grace that left me like "Wha.......?", but I understand that maybe in this type of story that wouldn't work.

Anyway, congratulations for finishing such an amazing work and looking forward to your next work.

Thank you for your hard work and Happy New Year for you.

It is possible that I might tell another Woodward story, with a different main character, while David is still teaching at the school, but I don't have a plan right now to do so, I'm just not ruling it out.

And I'm glad that you seem to be enjoying WBR.  I hope it continues to entertain.

I have always left room for there to be a short-story anthology that would talk about David's future life at various points.  Having an "epilogue" 150 years into the future would be a stretch.  Epilogues tend to wrap up "immediate" issues... which I hope I got all of those handled in the May chapters themselves.

Re: Woodward Academy, Year 8, The

Why do I have the feeling that when he said "keep the four-letter words out of it" what he really meant was "Lord"?

I've been enjoying reading this for years, and I'm thrilled to see it reach a thorough and satisfying conclusion.  Phenomenal work!

LOL, I thought I was the only one quoting Goldfinger.  At least I'm in good company.

Great book. Sad to see it end.
